There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a 32" flat screen tv TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need including a 4 burner stove and oven, renovated in January 2022. The bathroom was also renovated to include a walk in shower and quartz countertops. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a 19" standard TV. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
