The living room is set up so you can enjoy the ocean, pool or Flat Screen TV view from the queen sleeper sofa (new as of April 2019). Track lighting gives plenty of options for ambiance. This is the closest balcony suite to the beach access, leave from your room and you'll be on the beach in minutes. The bathroom has an elegant tone and has a newer tub and fixtures. The queen bed in the bedroom is comfortable and the laminate flooring throughout allows for easy clean up. A flat screen TV gives the option to watch something else in the bedroom if you so desire. A new queen pillowtop symbol mattress (as of April 2019) makes for a good night's sleep. If you want your entire family along for a beachside trip, this is the unit for you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
