The living room arrangement is unique in that this Patio Suite Plus has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a twin sleeper sofa. There are several seating options in the living room so that you can enjoy the view of the large flat screen smart Vizio TV or the horizon view of the ocean. The patio is perhaps the most private of the 1st floor patio plus suites with a pub height patio chair set that shares a table top area to enjoy your morning coffee on. In addition, the bedroom is beautifully appointed with a lovely bedroom set. This condo gives plenty of drawer space in addition to the small closet it the bedroom. The flat screen smart Samsung TV and the ceiling fans make this a cozy, comfortable and enjoyable suite. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with the new tub. This condo is the perfect spot for a couple or family looking for a comfortable stay on the beach. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.
