When you step inside our villa, you will instantly feel as though you are transported right into your very own home! Our spacious and beautifully appointed villa is sure to have everything you need to make your next Disney vacation complete.

Enter into the spacious foyer and welcome to our home! Ahead you will find the living room, a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. The living room features two imported Italian leather sofas, as well as a 50″ flat screen TV with digital cable and a Dvd/Blu-ray player. We have even supplied a great collection of Blu-rays and DVDs for your enjoyment!

Just off the living room there is a spacious kitchen stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, range, and microwave. Nothing was forgotten – we have even included all of your dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and much more! The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 2 stools as well as a spacious dining table with seating for 6 people.

The main master bedroom is the epitome of luxury! A king sized bed with plush mattress and luxurious linens will provide you a comfortable night’s sleep. The room also features a full dresser as well as oversized walk-in closet, so there is ample storage room. The main master bathroom is also just as luxurious, with dual vanities, a large roman tub, and walk-in shower stall. It also has a flat screen Roku TV.

The secondary master bedroom is also fully furnished with your comfort in mind. A king sized bed with plush mattresses and luxurious linens invites you in for a good night’s sleep. A full sized dresser and closet provide plenty of storage space. Just off the second master bedroom is a bathroom with vanity and low entry walk-in shower. This bathroom has entry from both the second master bedroom and the hallway. A flat screen Roku TV is also included.

The remaining two bedrooms are just across the foyer. Each of these bedrooms have a pair of twin beds, dresser, night stand, and closet for extra storage. One bedroom has an xBox 360 and a selection of games while the other has a DVD player to keep the little guests amused. These bedrooms share a third hallway bathroom with single vanity and shower-over-tub combo. A hallway closet just off the bathroom also provides extra storage.

All linens are provided for you, as well as spare linens each room. Towels for both the pool and the bath are also provided. We have also added complimentary wireless high speed internet access, as well as free local and long distance calling to anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico!

Just off the living room, you will instantly be transported to a place of peace and serenity – the pool area. The pool was completely refurbished in January 2026. The uniquely built pool and spa are the main focal point of this space. Two dining tables with 8 chairs are provided for dining al fresco. Additionally, sun loungers are provided for your use when laying out and enjoying the Florida sun, accommodating up to 10 people in total. The pool and deck area benefit from pool lighting allowing you to enjoy the warm evenings or a late evening swim! The pool area is protected by both a safety fence and door to the pool having are alarmed to ensure the safety of our little guests.

If you have a need for speed or just a need for fun, the last surprise we have is just for you. Our garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room for your enjoyment. This room, themed with our “dream cars”, features an 8-foot pool table, 7-foot air hockey table with electronic scoring, and foosball table.

The house has full air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as a ceiling fan under the covered lanai.

In addition, we also provide a selection of equipment for our smaller guests including a pack & play, high chair and an assortment of strollers.

The house has a fully monitored alarm system, a digital safe and keyless entry.

Our Property Manager lives less than a mile away so is always on hand should you need any assistance.
