Laid back nautical décor welcomes you as soon as you open the front door of this condo! The open floor plan great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching loveseat. There's a huge TV with free Roku Streaming included.  Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with Lux Speed high speed WiFi at no additional charge. Walk out to the balcony through sliding glass doors from the great room to refreshing coastal breezes and listen to the gulls calling. The dining table has four chairs and additional seating at the bar for four.  It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group!  The kitchen looks out over the dining room and great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty!  Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental.  So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The Coastal Breeze Main Suite has a comfy king sized bed and a private en-suite main bathroom.  Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels.  There's a flat screen TV with Roku, too.  You'll love this private hideaway! You'll love the rinsing off a "hard day at the beach" in this fully renovated walk-in shower with exquisite detail.

The Swaying Palms second bedroom also provides a king sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a great night's sleep. The nautical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation!  The flat screen TV is great for relaxing, too.  This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there’s plenty of privacy here.  The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and offers an elegant tiled walk-in shower with single vanity. 

Climb the spiral staircase to the Look Out loft and find a queen sized bed. There's a flat screen TV and a small seating area. The loft area also offers a third bathroom with single vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Step out onto your ultra private roof top sun deck! Enjoy sitting back and relaxing as you gaze along the sandy shoreline and watch the emerald waters dance. The incredible Gulf view is the perfect backdrop as you spend time with family and friends.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort.  Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association.  Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property.   Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront  Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs.  There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too.  There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool.  For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub.  The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.  

Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more!  There may be a charge for some events.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexi-cushion tennis courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stair-master machines. 

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal). The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and free tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!
