RELAX - you deserve it! Beautiful (no pets or smoking), fully remodeled Villa in the lovely, tranquil, private beach access community of Aldea Mar. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and fabulous sunsets just a two and a half minute walk within the community (no roads to cross) from your condo. Our condo is a "Villa" design and features a Carport with storage, a private sitting and grilling area (grill provided), back patio and everything you need for your enjoyment.

Wake up every morning to a beautiful Banyan tree right outside your main windows. Help yourself to our community putting green to practice your short game (putters provided), shuffle board courts (poles and disks provided) or take a dip in our gorgeous heated/cooled remodeled fob entrance pool, the largest on the island of Venice. The private beach is fob accessed as well, ensuring your privacy. Beach chairs and towels are provided.

This condo was totally gutted in late 2022, not due to hurricane damage, but because it's set up as our retirement get away. This is our first season listing it as a rental and made a very late decision, hence the immediate availability. No expense was spared; we moved the washer/dryer from the carport into the condo itself, added all new appliances, granite counter tops, and more! The main bedroom has a King size bed, and the second bedroom a Queen Bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with a flat screen TV hidden inside the credenza in the Living Room. All cookware, linens, and towels are provided. Just bring your personal belongings and head to the beach!

What we've found is at Aldea Mar you have the best of both worlds; you can just kick back and relax or you can enjoy the quaint City of Venice. You'll find yourself coming back year after year - as we did.

Area Information

The city of Venice is just amazing and offers fabulous restaurants, famer's market, shops, festivals, athletic park and more! Check they're website to make sure you do not miss any upcoming events! You can easily walk or bike downtown. The streets are lined with mature Palm trees and as you go towards Venice Beach, you will be greeted by majestic Banyan trees.

Enjoy everything Florida; biking, fishing, boating, hiking trails, golfing, snorkeling/diving, surfing, kayaking, and of course, shopping and more!
