Located in St Joe Beach, access is 3 blocks away, dog-friendly and we face West to enjoy those beautiful sunsets!

The space
Located between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. The Bungalow is a single level 2 Bed 1.5 Bath home that can sleep 5. If you are looking to enjoy the beautiful Gulf, white sand beaches and a laid back community, then this is the place for you. St Joe Beach is dog friendly.
Note: Hwy 98 can get very busy and loud. We are thankful to be 3 blocks from the sound of traffic.

There is usually a Cool Breeze on the porches of our bungalow. With comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, fully fenced yard, quiet location and a short walk to the beach -this vacation home could soon become your favorite.

The bungalow has a beach cart to haul beach necessities, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella you are welcome to use.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of the owners/cleaners closet and storage room

Beaches: there are 4 beautiful beaches to explore, each has it's own uniqueness!

St. Joe Beach only 3 blocks away at the end of our street. Walkable or drive and park beachside where you will find a small sand path to the beach. Dog Friendly on leashes.

Mexico Beach is less than a 5 minute drive with several access
points.

Windmark Beach can be accessed in WindMark Village.

Cape San Blas is 30 minutes away and a lovely drive!

Other things to note
Sleeping for the fifth guest would be on the couch.

Additional Space: there is an additional small studio apartment above the workshop that is set in the back corner of the lot. It sleeps 3 with a kitchenette and full bath. This is a separate listing at 'airbnb. com/h/sjbbunkhouse' that you can rent at a discount if you are needing extra space. Please note this separate listing could be rented during your stay but is far enough away to not deter from your experience. It is not visible from either the porch or main living areas.

Pets:
*We charge $20 per night per pet, included in price.
*Dogs must be over 1 year old - no cats
*If your dog has anxiety when you're not there, please crate them while gone. Any damage will result in a claim and continuous barking will disturb neighbors and be cause for removal.
