From our balcony, you can easily toss a sand dollar into the Gulf! Sunset Beach is a true wildlife sanctuary — watch sea turtles nest under the full moon, pelicans dive for their afternoon snack, and dolphins and manatees cruise by daily. Along the water’s edge, little sandpipers feed as you soak in the beauty of this peaceful, residential beach on the southern tip of Treasure Island.

Our condo offers endless summer vibes with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two twins( trundle) — ensuring a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings effortless. The living room features a cozy sofa bed(queen pullout) and stunning Gulf views — the perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. Please note that balconies are facing the beach and are shared as the are the common walk way. We have room for two chairs and a table in front of condo on balcony.

Area Information

Lisette and I live across the bay in Tampa with are two teenage children. I spent every summer at the Sunset Chateau as a youth. We learned how to surf, fish, skimboard , and just really live the Island lifestyle. I had the chance to move to Hawaii and work in the Hotel business( #1 hotel in the world) for almost 14 years. Finally came back to the Gulf coast with many fond memories of Hawaii. Ever since the Hurricanes and our busy schedules we decided to open our little sanctuary as a full time rental for now until we retire .
