A house near Anna Maria Island, which is only 10 mins away. Nice little neighborhood with many nearby elementary and middle schools; a very safe area. Small business district is just a little south on Manatee Avenue, and further South is many eateries on Cortez. Hiking, Fishing, canoeing, and a botanical garden are all within a mile or two of this home.
