The spacious Gulf-front balcony is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, with separate areas for outdoor dining and lounging.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• Primary bedroom: king bed with adjustable mattress
• Second bedroom: two queen beds
• Third bedroom: one queen bed

The condo has been thoughtfully updated with new flooring throughout, new dining-room furniture, refreshed living-room tables, new linens and a new washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Every bedroom and the living room have Smart TVs, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite streaming services and free Roku channels. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and electric kettle. For beach days, guests have eight beach chairs, a beach wagon and a large cooler.

Building amenities include a heated pool, elevator, beach rinse stations, restrooms and two tiki-hut grilling areas with two gas and two charcoal grills. Guests have parking for up to two vehicles: one dedicated outdoor space and one private single-car garage, which may also be used to store beach equipment during the stay.

Walk to fine dining, a French bakery and local coffee shops in approximately 5–15 minutes. Miniature golf is directly across the street, about a three-minute walk away, with many more restaurants and activities just a short drive from the condo.
