Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Coastal Luxury condo 1022 is located on the 10th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 10th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $105 registration fee required by the resort for your 2 garage parking passes & the amenity armbands for your group.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Yes! The condo has beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels inside the condo for the guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Convenient location at the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, right in the heart of some of Panama City Beach’s best attractions, including parasailing, cruises, pontoon boating, sailboat, & jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips for the fishermen in the family, golfing, water parks, and shopping! This resort has a coffee and donut shop, a pizza shop, Tiki Hut has quick foods (fish sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, and fries, etc.).
