The Destin Sun is a high-quality 6-bedroom, 7-bath private home that sleeps up to 16 guests. The home is located in an upscale, private, gated community called Destiny West and is right off the scenic beach Highway 98. The neighborhood is also right across the street from the Crab Trap beach access and restaurant! It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart. Get to the beach access in less than 1 minute on the golf cart or about 5 minutes if you walk! Inside the community is a large pool with restrooms, a tennis and basketball court, a gym, and a hot tub. This home is within 2 miles of several restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more.

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: This kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook for large families. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a center island bar with 6 bar stools.

DINING ROOM: The dining room is located across from the kitchen and bar. Enjoy your family meals at this large table that seats 10 people. Not only can you see the TV from this space, but it also has a front-row view of the backyard and pool.

LIVING ROOM: This cozy living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat-screen TV.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, accent chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own spacious, private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

BATHROOM #7 (Half Bath): This bathroom is on the first floor, off the main hallway.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located downstairs, off the main hallway. You will find all of the towels stored here.

BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private saltwater pool. The lush backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6. Plenty of lounge chairs and a gas grill. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

2ND FLOOR:

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: You have bedroom number three up the stairs and to the right. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2-nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: This room is adjacent to bedroom #3, in the back of the house. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, and a flat screen. It has its own dedicated bathroom in the hallway.

-Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
-Bath Towels and Bath Linens are Provided. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

HOUSE RULES:
-This is a NON-smoking property.
-Weddings and Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.
-We do not accept packages at the homes but recommend using the local UPS or USPS.

BOOKING POLICIES:
-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Check-in Time is 5:00 pm Central Check-out Time is 10:00 am Central
-NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules.
-Deposit + Payments
50% of the total rent is due to secure a home. Final Balance Due: The balance of rent, tax, and damage deposit must be paid 60 days before arrival
-Damage Waiver: $199-$379, covering up to $400-$800 in damage protection.

GOLF CART:
-Free Golf Cart Included with Rental. Some Exclusions may apply. Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or student groups.

PETS:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.

PARKING:
-ALL CARS MUST BE IN DRIVEWAY. 4 CARS MAXIMUM. NO Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.

CANCELLATIONS:
- 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30
days before check-in.
