A Beachfront Paradise

Penthouse unit at The Gables, Indian rocks beach with Gulf views and cathedral ceilings. Our unit has been recently fully renovated.
The building is undergoing a full renovation which should be completed in the summer of 2026 for you to enjoy.

Our unit is on the third floor on the south corner. Gulf views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Yo can enjoy a sunset every afternoon right from the balcony.
We have two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen washer drier utility area and a small office.
We have 2 covered parkings. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, many at walking distance.
And if you want to go to the beach, we also have a beach coset with tents and beach chairs for your enjoyment. And if you dont want sand on your feet, our pool is heated and the jacuzzi is hot!

Area Information

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint small town and there are no hotels. The beach is only a few steps away, which you reach thru The Gables pool area. The beach is never crowded. Indian Rocks Beach is a favorite of our friends to the north of the country, escaping the snow in our town. We have a NO Snow guarantee.
There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and many more a short drive.
