Area Information

The cottage is nestled under a beautiful live oak and is in walking distance to the Bay where you can fish, drop a boat or jet ski, rent paddle boards, or kayaks. Bring your bicycles ride them in the neighborhood and take a ride to Downtown Pensacola and enjoy the activities and wonderful places to eat. Pensacola Beach is only a short 10 minute drive with the prettiest beaches on the Gulf.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

Bayview Park is a beautiful park that is an easy walk. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards, fish, and play tennis or pickle ball.
There are some restaurant's that are in walking distance, a brewery, a wine shop, a bakery, a coffee shop and an amazing Gelato shop.
Publix is also not far from the house. Within a few blocks.

Inside Scoop

Best spot to go to the beach is not where the Pensacola Beach Ball water tower is, the best spot to go is either inside Fort Pickens or down past Portofina Condo's toward Opal Beach. If you watch what your doing and you don't have to have a bathroom or shower at the beach, you can pull off the road anywhere toward Opal Beach and Opal Beach is also a great place to go to the beach.

Small but Mighty !

Perfect quick getaway, Perfect efficient home , Most comfortable bed and the beach was excellent and close . The host was the best we have ever experianced ! We will be back !

About the host

: My name is Jaime Lee. I bought this property for an investment and to one day retire and live in Pensacola full time. I'm originally from Kentucky where I grew up on a 500 acre farm which we still have in the family. Once of the things I love about Florida is the sunshine and things blooming year round. The thing about Pensacola is that it is not a real long drive for me when I leave Tennessee, the beaches are beautiful, the neighborhood that my house is in is one of the most sought after neighborhoods. Pensacola is also so easy to get around and close to everything. There is nothing bad that I could say about Pensacola.

Why this property?

This property is in one of the prettiest and most sought after neighborhoods in Pensacola. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. Everyone takes their morning walks, rides their bikes, takes their children in the many parks that they have in the neighborhood and your so close to the Bay that you can rent kayaks, paddle boats, take your fishing gear and fish, or drop your boat in the water or jet ski. Even set on the dock and watch the sunset. There are Breweries you can walk to from the house, a few restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery, coffee shops and even a Publix just right down the street. Anything you could ask for is right here. And to get to Pensacola Beach is turn on one street and it's a straight drive in that only takes 10 minutes if traffic is not bad. The house is also just 2 minutes from downtown which is wonderful. You have the market downtown every Saturday and the restaurants and nightlife are exceptional.
