The cottage is nestled under a beautiful live oak and is in walking distance to the Bay where you can fish, drop a boat or jet ski, rent paddle boards, or kayaks. Bring your bicycles ride them in the neighborhood and take a ride to Downtown Pensacola and enjoy the activities and wonderful places to eat. Pensacola Beach is only a short 10 minute drive with the prettiest beaches on the Gulf.
Bayview Park is a beautiful park that is an easy walk. You can rent kayaks, paddle boards, fish, and play tennis or pickle ball.
There are some restaurant's that are in walking distance, a brewery, a wine shop, a bakery, a coffee shop and an amazing Gelato shop.
Publix is also not far from the house. Within a few blocks.
Fish House, Grand Marlin, Red Fish Blue Fish, Bonelli's Italian, New York Deli, Aunt Kate's, Maria's and Palonza.
Best spot to go to the beach is not where the Pensacola Beach Ball water tower is, the best spot to go is either inside Fort Pickens or down past Portofina Condo's toward Opal Beach. If you watch what your doing and you don't have to have a bathroom or shower at the beach, you can pull off the road anywhere toward Opal Beach and Opal Beach is also a great place to go to the beach.

Trash pickup is every Friday morning, so any guests staying on a Thursday night we ask that they put the toter out by the road so the trash is picked up on Friday morning.

My husband & I and another couple enjoyed a 4 night stay at this clean, comfy, beachy cottage. Beautiful neighborhood to enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch! The beach is a short drive as well as many great restaurants such as Red Fish Blue Fish, The Fish House & Flounders. Also don’t forget Lamante’s for gelato! We hope to visit again! Jaime is a great hostess & provides all you need for a great stay!
