About the host

: My name is Jaime Lee. I bought this property for an investment and to one day retire and live in Pensacola full time. I'm originally from Kentucky where I grew up on a 500 acre farm which we still have in the family. Once of the things I love about Florida is the sunshine and things blooming year round. The thing about Pensacola is that it is not a real long drive for me when I leave Tennessee, the beaches are beautiful, the neighborhood that my house is in is one of the most sought after neighborhoods. Pensacola is also so easy to get around and close to everything. There is nothing bad that I could say about Pensacola.

Why this property?

This property is in one of the prettiest and most sought after neighborhoods in Pensacola. Most of the neighbors are very friendly. Everyone takes their morning walks, rides their bikes, takes their children in the many parks that they have in the neighborhood and your so close to the Bay that you can rent kayaks, paddle boats, take your fishing gear and fish, or drop your boat in the water or jet ski. Even set on the dock and watch the sunset. There are Breweries you can walk to from the house, a few restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery, coffee shops and even a Publix just right down the street. Anything you could ask for is right here. And to get to Pensacola Beach is turn on one street and it's a straight drive in that only takes 10 minutes if traffic is not bad. The house is also just 2 minutes from downtown which is wonderful. You have the market downtown every Saturday and the restaurants and nightlife are exceptional.
