Guests staying six months or longer are not required to pay the 13% Florida rental tax, which results in significant savings.
**We are open to long term rentals (1+ yr lease) with a monthly rental cost of $3300 /month (everything included - utilities and membership fee). Deposit is $1,000 (refundable, 10-15 days after check-out).
Deposit & Payment Policy
• 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made within 30 days of the check-in date require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Security Deposit
The deposit is 100% refundable within 7–10 business days after departure, following a property inspection. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
