House Rules
Everything in the apartment is in good condition. If you break or damage anything, a small fee will be charged at the time of leaving the apartment.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Do NOT throw anything in the toilets. For example: toilet paper, paper towels, disposable wipes, tampons, sanitary pads, hair, or any other items. Nothing at all.
The plumber fee is $300 every time the pipes are blocked.
We provide extra linens, towels, and kitchen items. If any of these are broken or damaged, the following fees will apply:
Towels: $10.00
Sheets: $25.00
Bed cover: $75.00
Glasses: $7.00
Cups: $10.00
