We stayed here for half of our vacation, close to ur family. This place was perfect for having big family meals. Beautifully decorated and cozy, felt right at home. Lots of personal touches and attention to details. We enjoyed it so much. The kids swam everyday and no red eyes. The kitchen was well stocked and I felt inspired to cook meals for family that I had never tried before. Communication was quick and efficient, made us feel at ease. Loved this older home with the perfect meld of nostalgia and modern conveniences. We would definitely stay here again. It was absolutely worth every penny!

The bungalow was exactly as described. it's a warm ,comfortable, cozy layout. The place was beyond immaculate. The pool is great after the beach days.it's in a good location close to downtown Bradenton which is very nice in the evening with a bunch of restaurants to choose from. and you're only about 15 to 20 minutes from Annamarie Island to the beautiful beaches . it's our second time in the area and we enjoy each time we come down . I would highly recommend the bungalow if you're traveling with a family with 4 to 6 people .

The bungalow was a beautiful home with literally everything you could need. This home was so important to us because we have young kids making it hard to do a lot outside the house in one day. This location would normally be about 15-20 minutes to the beaches but with the beautiful weather and spring break crowds it was actually about 40-45 with traffic. We did have a few issues with the pool heater but the hosts were very responsive and got it taken care of quickly so that we were able to enjoy the nice warm pool with our kids.The house was pristine and the kitchen was something out of a magazine, I loved cooking in it and we got a ton of use out of it! We so appreciate all of the help we got from the hosts, we loved our stay.

My husband, I and our 19 yo stayed here February 18-23 2025. We chose it because it was relatively close driving distance to the Gulf beaches and also because there was enough space for my teen to spread out in the 3rd bedroom area.Pros: Quick host response to inquiries Beach essentials provided (chairs, toys, beach bag) Home was nicely decorated and clean Heated pool (a must for fickle Feb!!) Plenty of pool/beach towels Being able to pay for early check in! 20-min walk from downtown, 15-min drive to Bradenton beach. 19yo was happy to be able to skateboard all around the area.Really appreciated the extras like labels in the kitchen and the laminated instructions/policies posted throughout the house. Great guidebooks!!Go to Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto for views of the bay and nice nature trails. Visit Bean Point Beach in Anna Maria Island for shells/white sand, Manatee beach for sunsets (be aware of red tide though). Don't miss Village of the Arts (4-min drive)!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay!! Such a lovely and spotlessly clean home, I didn't want to leave. The pool was fantastic, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the linens were really nice, the dining area is beautiful and has plenty of space for a larger crowd. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping are all easily accessible. We would defiantly stay at this property again! I have stayed at a handful of properties in Bradenton, this was hands down the nicest!

Loved our stay! Every where we went or needed to go our house was close to the route. Very well clean and kept. The house is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the details. The room with the bunk beds had a nice tv set up for watching movies together and other games available. There were two bathrooms available. My husband and kids loved the pool area (I didn't get out there much). The kitchen was cleaned spotlessly. It looked like a couple of small garbage items were missed in the main bedroom, but it wasn't a big deal. There were laundry accommodations, which was super helpful.We were not too far from Anna Maria island, which was absolutely beautiful. The house was also close to the pier, which was a cool place to hang out as well.The house was also relatively close to downtown Sarasota and Nathan Benderson park, which we drove to frequently (about a 20-30 minute drive).

This is a house you felt like home in. The house was adorable. It was a great family home, and had all of the amenities to make this an effortless stay. The heated pool, separate kids zone, and comfort of the home were amazing. This house had everything we needed and more. I loved the location, and all of the different beaches that you could explore nearby. The decor, front porch, and heated pool were a bonus. I would easily stay here again.

This home is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bradenton. It is beautifully remodeled and it's historic charm is intact. The pool is gorgeous and amazingly private for a neighborhood setting. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk, Lecom park for a Pirate game and Pier 22 for dinner. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but has quick access to the beach or downtown Bradenton. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay a great one. I highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to staying there again.

We had an amazing time! The house was very clean and really cute. The pool was the perfect temperature for swimming in the chilly weather. We also appreciated the wall stocked kitchen. Not only was it easy to cook homemade meals, they also had plastic plates and bowls! (This might seem like a minor detail, but vacationing with kids is stressful enough and it was nice not needing to worry about accidentally breaking someone else’s dish.) Each room was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was just a really great experience.

I'm always looking for properties that are truly kid friendly. This place provided a very safe pool environment (locked access so no kids can enter without adults!) with pool toys and life jackets. The pool heat was amazing as it was a bit of a chilly week. Couldn't believe how warm the pool stayed. In the house there was also toys and games and extra snuggly blankets. There was also a wide variety of plastic dishware that was dishwasher safe. The property was very clean and less than 3 minutes from Grandma's :-) no issues with check-in or checkout and not a long list of cleaning items on checkout day! Very nice experience here. If you have kiddos then this place is a great pick.

Beautiful house in the heart of Bradenton! The game room/pool area where we spent most of our time hanging out and it was so fun, I cooked a whole meal and appetizers in the very well equipped kitchen, and slept very comfortably in the bed. Not only was the house amazing but the host responded to me within the hour every time I had a question. 100% recommend.

This home was everything & more than we could have ever imagined. The home was intentionally stocked from linens, to kitchen supplies, to beach gear. We are drove in and brought items we thought we would need (I.e paper towels) but the house was graciously stocked. It was the perfect getaway for a multi generational family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed some time in the play room, pool, beautiful kitchen and living room. From a parents perspective it was so nice to check in and our son be greeted by clean and ready to use dump trucks along with other friendly toys and tons of DVDs. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully decorated home in Bradenton! It was a quick drive to the beach and had many great restaurants close by! Besides being lied on that I had a crowd of 30 people and was asked to leave after only being there for 5 hours. Some random lady taking pictures of my guest and their vehicles. The host never asked what was going on just to the report as it was. Giving yes I did have extra people but those were people providing a service photographer & cater basically coming & going not lingering. I had family drive from South Carolina only to not have a place to stay because of people minding my affairs of what I had going on. I had not seen my family in over 15 years & was finally able to get them together to do some family pictures. We were just having dinner & a gathering. The rug under the dining room table smelled of urine and hair in bath tub not sure pet or human. I definitely won’t recommend nor rent from this company again.
