Please note:
-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-Beach Service is available from 1st of March until the 31st of October only.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING and NO PETS PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

BritannyGorgeous cando that overlooks the beach, what more can you ask for? We felt right at-home here. It is in a private gated community with private beach access. Sandpiper Cove staff was friendly. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. If we come back to Destin, we will be staying here again!

AnnaWe’ve stayed at this property many times but this was our first time in this unit - and one of our favorites! The inside is beautifully remodeled and comfortable, with ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The views and sounds of the ocean were great from the wide deck in the mornings and evenings, where plenty of seating and a two small tables were provided. Beds were comfortable, amenities were well stocked, and unit was clean and organized when we arrived. Things were well maintained and updated with care. My only suggestions would be to update the washer / dryer in the unit, as they were very small, old and extremely noisy, provide additional bedding for the pull out bed in the living room, and fix or replace the Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, which leaked and was unreliable. Otherwise we had the perfect stay and cannot wait to come back to Sandpiper Cove for years to come!

MelindaGreat location! The traffic wasn't bad and we easily went to shops and restaurants from this spot. The view is beautiful and just like the pictures! It is well stocked with items you may need. There is a single serve Keurig and a regular pot of coffee for all you coffee drinkers like us :) Very comfortable and clean and quick access to the beach.

Allegra EsmeraldaPlace was great. Nicely furnished. Being so close to the beach, I had expected to feel bits of sand on my feet on the floor. However, there was none. My husband even said that we need their house keeper. :) Everything was extremely clean, and spotless. We look forward to returning.

DarrylThe unit is very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was the perfect place, we were comfortable and felt right at home. The bed and living space were very cofortable. The kitchen and bath were well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute bicycle ride to most restaurants and harbor.A few areas for improvements. The front door code was very hit and miss, at times we could get in the first attempt, other times took up to 20 attempts which was annoying. The hot water heater would allow for 2 very short showers, 2nd person would run out of hot water. The screen door in the bedroom was next to impossible to use, most times it would come out of the track. For beach service we had to explain everyday that the unit included service, while we were told the owner had not yet paid they kindly provided the service Heather was amazing to work with, and issues were relatively minor.We would love to stay again. We felt at peace and the place was fantastic.
