-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There
is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request.
Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot
be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we

JonathanWe had an amazing stay at Sandpiper Cove! The studio was beautiful, clean, and comfortably fit our family of four. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice bonus, and the beach was only a short 2-3 minute walk away. The location is close to everything you need, and we especially enjoyed taking the water taxi from the dock to the Harbor Boardwalk. Maria and 850 Beach Properties were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to couples or small families and would definitely stay here again!

KathrynOur little family of three enjoyed our trip to the beach so much! This was an excellent location, about a three minute walk to the beach which we loved. We had the pool to ourselves in the mornings which we also loved! It was a quick drive to the Destin Commons and everything we wanted to do. We loved the full kitchen because we cook at home a lot. The owners were super responsive as well. Would stay again!

AndreaIf you want a nice, quiet place to relax but still have some fun, then this is the place! I would absolutely, 10/10 recommend staying here! Very clean, friendly staff and a quick walk to the beach. The condo is stocked with just everything you can think of in case you forget anything. I had a few questions and received responses within minutes. I arrived in town earlier than I anticipated, reached out to Heather about possibly checking in earlier than our agreed upon time, she was able to accommodate me within the hour. Say yes to staying here!

ChristopherHad a wonderful stay at Heather’s place. Her place is steps from the beach. The amenities were excellent, including tennis, pickleball and beach chairs with an umbrella. The modern one bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and me, just the right size for a comfortable getaway. Our host was very responsive and the place was clean and well kept. The neighborhood felt friendly and welcoming. It’s also in a great location about 8 minutes from many highly rated restaurants which made everything super convenient. Overall a perfect spot if you are looking to stay in Destin and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Until next time!

ChrisI highly recommend this place in Sandpiper Cove. The access to the beach and all the amenities around the property are top notch. My wife and I both loved the easy access to the beach but having two beach chairs and umbrellas was great! We enjoyed all the pools, pickle ball and mini golf course. The restaurant on property had great food and service. We can’t wait to come back and we will be staying longer. Heather is all about customer service as she answered all my questions and even stopped by to assist with the lock. She provided clear and prompt messages throughout our stay. I can’t say enough about Heather and the customer service she provided.

We scheduled a water taxi to pick us up from the on-site restaurant and take us to the boardwalk for dinner, which was a fun and unique experience (and the same price as an Uber).
