Situated in the Beachwalk area on the second floor, this condo is just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach and steps away from five resort pools, main pool with three hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball, and golf. Enjoy weekly fireworks from nearby Harbor Walk, as well as easy access to rinse showers after a day in the sand. And for boaters, there's even a canal for docking boats (extra fee applies).

Beach Service
This unit offers FREE beach service! During the season (March 1- October 31) you will get 2 beach chairs (with leg rests) and an umbrella set up on the beach. This is a $50 per day value!

-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
