PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

-This condo is on the first floor; however, please note that there are 9 stair steps required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.
-There is a ring doorbell camera installed at the front door.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-Beach Service is available from 1st of March until the 31st of October only.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

We arrived just a few days after a hurricane, and Heather was fantastic at keeping us informed about the conditions, including when power had been restored. Her communication was excellent, and she was always quick to respond to any questions.The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the beachfront location was absolutely perfect! We loved having the beach just steps away, and the beach service was amazing. Check-in was also incredibly easy and hassle-free.Overall, we had a great experience! Heather was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Destin!

Val O.For booking last minute, this condo was great. Only thing I was disappointed in was the guest room tv wouldn’t work and it was extremely hot in there for kids to be staying in. Furniture in living (pillows, couch, chairs) room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. They’re pretty dirty. Location is excellent though which makes up for those things! I would rent again if those small changes would be made. Walking out the sliding doors straight to the beach was awesome!

This condo is very close to the beach. Just a small view, but we loved the area off the deck to play and run. The condo is just as described, clean and well appointed. We did bring our dog and that process was easy both for renting and with the check-in at Sandpiper Cove. We would gladly visit and use this condo again.

Kathy H.The property was as advertised, communication with the host was great however there wasn't a view of the beach. It was blocked by a tall sand dune but you could walk out the back door and use the beach access walkway to get to the beach. Also, we did bring our dog and paid the pet fee associated but when we checked in we were told there would be another 10 pet fee from the condo association. This was an unexpected disappointment. But other than that we had a great time.

RebeccaWe stayed for 3 nights at the condo - the pics and description were accurate! It was a short walk to the beach and the deck had plenty of room for our beach equipment. There is a water hose/shower at both front and back door which was great ! We slept 6 people ( all girls) comfortably and we had enough room for us to all spread out and not be on top of each other.We spent majority of our time at the beach and enjoying all the things Destin has to offer! The only negative thing i have to say about the condo was in the room with the 2 beds the air flow seemed limited - we used a box fan and the ceiling fan and it was tolerable but it didn’t seem that any air was coming out of the vent.Our group loved the condo and are already making plans to come back and stay again. Highly recommended staying here !!!

KristinaThis is a great location! You can step right off your back porch onto the sand and very close to the boardwalk to the beachfront. The water hose sprayer is very nice when you’re coming off the beach to rinse the sand off everything. The unit has been redone and is very nice. Plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time!

Great restaurants nearby and especially loved being so close to the beach. It worked really well with our young children. Heather helped us leading up to stay answering questions and coordinating some other accommodations. The unit was just as pictured. Very easy to get to from the airport. We would love to come back with our family, it was perfect!
