PET-FRIENDLY UNIT
This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). If your pet weighs over the weight limit there is an upcharge of $25. Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

We always stay at different condos at sandpiper as a family but this was my first year being old enough to rent one myself and bring my husband for our honeymoon. The only complaint we had was the cleanlines. They charge you extra to bring a pet, but obviously dont use that money towards cleaning. The carpets were stained and the floors definitely could use a good mop. It wasnt filthy by any means and well worth the money. It just couldve been cleaner. Will definitely book again with this host

From the pristine beach, the on site restaurants and the ability to take the water taxi to beat the traffic. You couldn't ask for a better spot to stay.

StephanieThis condo is in a great location! No frills, but met our expectations. As advertised there was only a short 3 min walk to the beach. Good amount of space for a couple. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pet friendly with plenty of green space for walking the dogs. This unit is a bottom unit, so you can hear if there are neighbors above you. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this listing to others.

JamesThis place is a scam. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, you WILL regret it. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAM ARTISTS.The place is dusty, unkept and has multiple safety concerns. The host admitted that the back door does not lock even though it’s on the ground floor. The back steps are cracked and wobble when stepped on. The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable.It is blatantly obvious the “host” is not the owner of the property and does not take pride in the upkeep of the property. After reporting these safety issues, the host harassed me with messages and calls despite saying that they would be able to fix these things whether I was in the condo or not. She lied and annoyed me to the point that I had to block her number.Heather tried her best to make sure my stay was as miserable as possible.DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Go book a hotel instead and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these idiots who have no financial purpose to provide a quality experience.

Erica C.I was so impressed by this studio. The set up was magical and it was stocked perfect. I really didnt need anything other than items I want specific. She allowed me to bring my cat and he had a blast. I felt the outline and expectations were clear and fair. I respect this resort for its comradery and friendliness. My sister and Dawn Wilson were on the premise as well and we had so much fun walking between each others condos and exploring Destin. Thank you Heather! I look forward to coming to Sandpiper again!

WilliamOur stay here was amazing from the location, to the place to the price. We were able to bring our furbaby which made it even better! The complex has pickleball and tennis and even a restaurant on site with access to the harbor. The beach is a short and easy stroll across the street with a private community and access. Couldn't have had a better stay, especially after being displaced from SGI. Super responsive host, actually we had an issue with a ceiling fan and they had it fixed within an hour or so. Can't wait to go back!

ChadHeather was an awesome host always responding to my questions in a timely manner. The condo was great and in a great location. I'm from Louisiana and we love to cook outside and that was the only thing i couldn't do without going away from the condo. But we had a memorable and fantastic time there. Billy H.I had 2 trashbags for a 7 day stay.The ice maker in fridge didnt work properly.Other then that i would stay there again.The nieghbors were rude we picked up the dog poop from are dogs like we do at home.But one nieghbor got really ignorant with the girlfriend to the point that she started crying blaming her for not picking up dog poop which she had theres definitely a size comparison between a small dogs poop and to bit bulls poop but she picked it up anyways which caused me to want to walk over and show him the size difference which i didnt i chose to be the better person but the guy was really ignorant and needs a reality check thanks
