-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building, so guests should be comfortable with stair access when booking this unit.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
-This unit does not come with beach service. Although you can purchase beach service at the beach for an additional fee.

DanielleWe had a great stay in this condo. It was clean and close to everything, including Target, Walgreens, and Publix which we frequented for essentials often. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was steps away and even had a deep end, which my teens loved. Parking at the private beach was super easy. The condo also provided beach towels and there were a few sand toys and a couple bag chairs available. The only small disappointment was that we couldn’t actually see the fireworks from the deck as they were behind another condo, but that didn’t put a damper on our trip overall. We loved everything about the location and hope to stay again.

NatalyaA very nice apartment. The location is very convenient—just 30 minutes from the airport, with all the popular restaurants and shops nearby. The complex is very secure, as is the beach access. If you have a car, you don’t need to walk to the beach; you can drive right up and park in the complex's free parking lot. I will definitely rent this place again.

JenniferDefinitely recommend. Very spacious and clean. Having access to the private beach was fantastic. Only complaint was the daily 7:00am wakeup alarm. A small barking dog, outside from the unit below. Obviously not Heather's fault. Great stay!

JenWe really enjoyed our stay here- Pros: easy-ish walk to the beach, pool really close, a golf hole near by (can play or watch golfers- very entertaining) Cons: only one entrance/exit- so the unit being on the way backside made it a much longer walk, no wagon or chairs for the beach so made it very hard to commute to the beach or more expensive($50 to rent chairs a day) no wagon so would have to walk with all your things for the beach if you do not rent a car. but it’s very easy to get a uber/lyft just harder for them to get you or drop you off. If you plan to stay longer- bring toilet paper and paper towels as they only supply with one roll which ended up being fine with just us girls and a short stay. If you plan a visit without a rental car get a unit closer to the beach if you plan to be there mostly for the beach (which was us when we didn’t venture to harborwalk village, HIGHLY recommend- amazing restaurants and AJ’s sunset dolphin cruise was the best)

Plenty of golf options for the boys & short walk to the beach for the girls! Plenty of eating options within driving distance. AbbyHeathers place was amazing! Great location and amenities. Had a full kitchen and even beach towels for us to use! One of the best condos I have stayed at when coming to the beach. Heather was also very responsive and almost always available for questions and concerns (not that we had any, the place was so fabulous). We will definitely be staying again.

JackLoved our stay. Heather was probably the quickest host for responses on question. Great location. Surround by people if you want to socialize but still felt very private. The secure gate guys were super friendly and helpful as well. Love the private beach and the sand flea bar and restaurant right there on it. Overall great place, especially for the price. We went during the 4th of July week and it was busy as you would expect but not overly. The chairs and shades you can rent on the beach were awesome as well. And extremely afford. Tons of shops and grocery stores near complex.

Heather was very responsive with instruction’s although everything was top tear I didn’t need to ask or want for anything. I highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

NatalieAmazing property in the center of Destin. My family and I visit Destin once a year a we will definitely be staying at this location again. Very clean and had everything we needed for a family of 6. Its very close to the pool and right across the street from the beach. Beachside Restaurant/Bar was nice as well.

ClaudiaThis place was very comfy and more spacious than I expected from the photos. Everything seemed pretty new. It was a bit farther from the beach than I would’ve liked, but still very nice, especially because the pool was right there. I would’ve liked maybe a beach umbrella and chairs to borrow, but I know that’s not included in the list of amenities. It just would’ve been nice. Thanks!
