-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.

SamanthaUnfortunately, this was an absolutely horrible stay for us. My partner is handicapped, and this home is advertised as being on the first floor. Over a month before our stay i reached out to tell the host - I literally wrote this message to our host: “we are so excited to find this place on the first floor because my partner is handicapped.” They never mentioned that there is a flight of 8 stairs to enter the home. We had to leave after less than half the stay because it was a struggle to get him up the flight of stairs. I reached out to the host after speaking with Air bnb. When we didn’t hear back from the host in a timely manner, we decided to check into a hotel. This host refused to refund us for the remainder of the trip: 3 nights we paid for but were unable to stay. This was an unsafe situation for a man who is handicapped, that the host was fully aware of and refused to make right.

KadynceAbsolutely loved staying here, Heather was friendly and extremely helpful. The beach was a great walking distance, and they had a restaurant right next door. Only downside was the parking, because of said restaurant, not necessarily something that can be helped though.

Tiffani S.This condo was great for my little family (me, husband, and 2 yr old). It was a quick 2 minute walk to the private beach and the property was clean. It was also easy to get in and out of when we would leave or come back! It is a studio, so while small it still was great for us three. The Murphy bed was pretty comfortable. The pull out couch mattress was thin, but my 2 yr old slept on it just fine. The bathroom was a good size for us and there were plenty of towels for our 4 night stay. We didn’t use the kitchen much, other than to store refrigerated items, but it was stocked plenty of items that would be nice to have if you were to use the kitchen!! We would stay here again!

BriscoPositive: The location, location, location was excellent. The proximity to everything was great. Minutes away from restaurants, activities,and shopping, the staff on site were very helpful and all the amenities on the property were great. Would definitely book again. Negative: The only thing was the place needed to be cleaned a little better. There were dishes that were left dirty in the drawer, the coffee pot wasn't clean,the patio furniture hadn't been cleaned off, shower doors weren't clean and the floor needed a good mop. But over all the unit was very pleasant and comfortable.

StaceyMy husband and I were very comfortable. We enjoyed that the beach was so close. We also enjoyed that there was chairs and umbrellas available. As well as beach towels. The condo property was well kept and clean. Our studio was perfect for two, although the Murphy bed was a little short for my tall husband but definitely not that big of a deal. We would definitely book in this condo community in the future.

JenniferWe found hairs in the bathroom. It’s really an apartment for two people because the sofa bed doesn’t work. There are no blankets, there are no garbage bags, there are cockroaches inside the apartment and the balcony of the apartment. The pools were not all working and there is no social area to have a barbecue. The best thing about this place is the location and access to the beach.

KateGreat place to stay. Short walk to the beach and pool. Beach towels and beach gear included which was nice since we flew in. Snorkel gear was listed as included but found out there wasn’t any when we got there. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud which made it tough to sleep well when it kicked on, but Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected. Overall a cozy, clean place to stay in a great complex.

RhondaMy husband and I had never been to Destin. This was the best vacation we have ever had. This condo is across the street from the beach but you can drive across the street and park and then you are right there. It took us 3 minutes to get to the Destin Harbor on the 4th of July. Everything you want to see and do is at most 5 to 7 minutes away. This property is quiet, peaceful and STUNNING! We will be back

LaceyWe had a good weekend stay at Heather’s place! I love the gated community so much, it is quiet, within walking distance to several pools, the beach is just a jump across the road, and it is very close to all kinds of places, including the Destin Harbor! When we arrived I noticed a few of the dishes weren’t very clean, the bowls had hairs in 2 of them, and there was some nasty places on one of the spoons in the drawer. All simple things that can be corrected the next time. The place itself was super cute and comfy for us 3! The Murphy bed was very easy to maneuver and was comfy! Bathroom was nice and stocked well with basic needs.
