-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building.

-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.

JoyceHeather was great to work with. Very quick to respond with questions. Very clean and great location to everything. Only one issue and it was the front storm door it was very hard to open and close. We did have trouble with the TV. Maybe have instructions on how to use the remotes to changing channels and volume. Not a big deal we were able to get it to work. We would love to stay here again sometime. Thanks for making our stay so nice. Felt like home.

ShadiHeather was an excellent host and responded quickly to every question I had. The place was very clean and had great decorations. You have everything you need to feel like you are at home but when you step outside, you are a 3min walk from the beautiful beach! The room is great for a couple, but would think twice for a family with 2 young kids. Although we made it work, the only problem we had was that the sofa bed was not comfortable for the kids. Other than that, a great place to stay with a wonderful host. Thanks Heather!

KearstinWe absolutely loved everything about our little babymoon getaway at Heathers place. Heather was very kind and quick to respond to my messages before, during and after our stay. The unit had everything and more we could need. We specifically enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. The kitchen was also very nice and fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. The freezer had an ice machine in it so that was a nice bonus when using the cooler. The entire unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We adored the quiet gated community of Sandpiper Cove and the 2 minute walk to the private beach. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Destin!

AnnieWe had a fabulous stay at Heathers place!! She was so kind and responsive and the location was amazing. We couldn’t get the ceiling fan or kitchen light on (could be user error but we tried all switches) otherwise everything was just as described. Would recommend!!

TamaraThe unit was just as posted and the host had great communication. The beach is just across the street. There is a crosswalk for pedestrians and it was easy to access. I only wish the unit had a small washer and dryer. The toiletries were actually great. We enjoyed our stay.

TammyEverything was absolutely wonderful! The remodel was professionally done. There are a few things that were insignificant like batteries and lightbulbs to replaces but nothing to complain about. The bed was comfy, lots of details in the kitchen and the bathroom/shower excellent! We truly enjoyed our walks in SPC and loved the pickleball courts and the friends we made were so much fun! We definitely found our spot!

We really enjoyed the private beach access, and having beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella available in our unit to take with us was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

VictoriaMy husband and I had a great stay. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the extra beach items that were provided. The kitchen is very well stock with everything you need if you plan on cooking as we did some mornings. The condo is a very quick walk to the beach which is right across the street. We loved Rick's on the beach for extra beverages and food. The pool was never crowded and we seemed to have it all to ourselves at times. The property was quite and we felt very safe with the guard checking in people at the gate. If you book you will not be disappointed.

EvelynOur stay was mostly as expected. Beautifully decorated, but not child friendly. I put most of the decor on the higher counter when we walked in. We booked knowing we would need to use the coin operated washer, but expected a dryer in unit (as listed). The office would not give us change for quarters and directed us to check with the gas station across the street. We ended up using a nearby laundromat instead. The private beach is a plus and the security guards at the gate were friendly.
