Please note:
-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building, so guests should be comfortable with stair access when booking this unit.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Todd K.Lots of activities, but it is a 7-minute walk to beach, not 1 minute as was describe. The rental company provides nice amenities, like reserved beach chairs and umbrellas, pickle ball and golf equipment, etc. Our condo needed some small repairs, but nothing that affected our stay.

Lauren B.We had a 5 night stay and loved every minute of it. The property was perfect for our family of 3. Check in was easy and the guards at the front were friendly and helpful. There are two pools in close walking distance to the unit. We could have walked to the beach, but chose to drive over and park in the private parking/beach access. The beach service was great and made our time on the beach so enjoyable. The property manager Heather was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to return an item that we left behind. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return!

DaveWe loved the condo itself; it was perfect in all reasonable ways. A/C was great, kitchen had most everything, and the front room TV was good. I couldn't get the bedroom TV to change channels. A couple throw blankets and some board games would be a nice touch, if I were to add anything. We did have a lot of trouble finding the unit late at night. The guard just said to follow the fence and take a left, but that left us with a lot of options after that, because there is no rhyme or reason to the layout of the property. It took 15-20 minutes of driving back and forth and getting stuck in dead-ends before we found it. Everything was good after that, though, until the end. We weren't allowed any extra minutes on check out, even with a 6-hour window until the next guest. We had to run the dishwasher and laundry and take trash to the dumpster, even though I paid a $165 cleaning fee, so I'm not sure what they needed 6 hours to do after that. But other than that, I would recommend this condo.

There were a few hiccups but Heather took care of everything right away, and some things were beyond her control but she offered immediate help and I very much appreciated it! She is a wonderful and very responsive host. Definitely enjoyed our stay and how amazingly peaceful the condos were. And the security on the place is top notch!!!!

Lindsey N.We absolutely loved this community! The pools were great, it wasn't far from the beach, AND the beach service was included. We ate at the onsite restaurant, played some golf, and I had a beautiful view while I was getting my cardio steps in. We will for sure be back!
