perfect location for boat and beach! we loved it. be aware there is no door on the master bedroom. otherwise this was ideal for a couple or small family with a boat.

We had a blast! The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and felt like home. It was so nice to have the extra make up area. The bunk beds were so cute and perfect for my 10 year old! I would definitely come back!

Check-in is easy and was even offered complimentary early check-in.The kitchen is fully stocked with many amenities that most places do not offer. Trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap. They even provided us with a crockpot upon request:)The couch does fold out into a bed; however, there are not any linens for it, and....it is a hide a bed and uncomfortable, like they all are. Heather did offer to bring linens, and I declined. The bunk beds are a little on the hard side, but for kids they are fine. I did not sleep in the king bed, my friend did and she said it was "fine".This unit is in the back of the resort, but still in walking distance to the beach, but we chose to drive. The A/C worked well. They have extra beach chairs, sand sifters and pool noodles available to use.Please note that there is not a door to the master bedroom. There is a door between the living quarters/sleeping quarters. The bunk room has its own door.I would stay here again.

We booked a 2 night stay last min trip and was able to get unit 2055 A NON PET UNIT @ Sandpiper cove the area we wanted to stay in.The communicate with the Host Heather leading up to our arrival was top notch.She keep us very informed on our unit and gave alot of details of things in the area to checkout while we were there.Heather also checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were very well taken care of..The unit 2055 was a true NON PET UNIT .With a child with sever asthma its very important and rare to find a TRUE NON PET UNIT it allowed our family to have a wonderful vacation. This unit was Super clean and very well designed for our family of 4 .It had everything we needed and more..CLEAN bathrooms and kitchen area was a huge plus for us and the bedrooms were a dream to stay in with spacious closets and storage space for all you're travel bags .The decor throughout was beautiful and had the costal vibe we was looking for. It was a short 5mim walk to the beach and in the center of a 9 hole golf course.The unit had a beautiful back deck to sit in the evenings and enjoy the costal air and watch the boats come in to the canal after a long day fishing. The complimentary beach chairs with an umbrella was such a treat.The unit also has a portfolio of emergency numbers and contact information if you were to need any being new to the area this was very helpful.The only thing we would have changed is our stay from 2 nights to forever we didnt want to leave unit 2055 and we will cherish the friendships we made with our host Heather and the beautifully crafted keep sake ornament was a true treasure.We plan to come back very soon. So clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed for a great week away. Really enjoyed the large patio and having a table to sit at. My kids loved the bunk beds and having their own TV. Would definitely love to stay again.

Sand Piper Cove was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Super peaceful and quiet. I was throughly impressed considering it sits so close to 98. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

We have stayed in several Sandpiper Cove condos and this was the best one. The bed and furniture are comfortable and the deck on the canal was a nice place to have morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. The walk to the beautiful beach is an easy 10 minutes through the condo complex and the chairs/umbrella setup is very nice to have. Onsite restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe is delicious, and other good restaurants are within walking distance. Heather is a very responsive and communicative host. We love Sandpiper Cove and would definitely stay in this condo again!

We always love staying at Sandpiper Cove and this unit did not disappoint. Heather was very responsive any time I had a question and was readily available the whole trip. Super cute, cozy and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and loved watching the ducks in the canal. The sunsets were beautiful in the evening. Easy walk to the beach, but we chose to just drive over instead. The beach service was very nice to have as well. We also enjoyed walking to dinner at Louisiana Lagniappe. Highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back. We had a great trip!

The condo is exactly like it is in the photos and is beautiful. We loved it! Our 12 and 8 year old kids especially loved the bunk room with TVs for each bed. As someone else mentioned before the bunk room does get more hot and stuffy but with the fan that’s provided it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Everyone from the gate guards to the next door neighbors who live there were very friendly and welcoming. Heather answered any message I sent within just a few minutes and was very helpful. Having the beach set up included and our own washer and dryer was such a plus and made everything so much easier and convenient. We had such a great time we added an extra day onto our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The beach setup is top-tier for travelers who are flying into this beautiful destination and can't lug around all their typical beach gear. The restaurant on site is amazing. A great brunch spot down the street offers authentic Italian coffee, crepes, and frittatas. Be sure to take extra laundry soap. If you travel to the beach often, you know how much you need to wash beach towels and clothes. One suggestion for a future stayer is to send someone from your group to reserve your beach setup at 9 am when they open so you can get a beautiful front-row view. It doesn't matter what time you show up to use it, it will stay reserved all day. The location was everything we expected and more. I will return. Heather was great, and always available!

I can't say enough good things about this place! It was such a cute and cozy place with private beach access. We come to Destin often but 10/10 recommend this area! Would definitely book with Heather in the future for this condo. She helped with everything and always responsive. All the neighbors were friendly as well. This location had everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and easy access to everything and location was spot on as far as getting around and being close to everything. She had pamphlets and a binder for all the info. Very clean. We will be back :) Heather was an awesome host!

Heather was fantastic, we were even able to meet her in person while staying. The home was just as described. The beach was within walking distance and we went every day. We had all we needed as we cooked all our meals the entire time we were there. We had a slight issue, completely beyond Heather’s control, and she was very kind to help resolve it. I will add that the bunk room has no airflow to it but there is a fan. My kids prefer to have door shut while sleeping and it got hot in there. I opened it each night after they were asleep and positioned the fan in the doorway and it cooled off right away. Just a helpful tip for those who might stay with smaller kids who might not mention it gets hot in there. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back for vacation.

We went for my son’s baseball tournament and everything was great from the moment we walked in to check out defiantly worth the memories. The beach is a small distance but you are welcome to drive to the other side and park with no issues. We drove out there once only because of the baby but other two times we walked took the wagon for the little ones. Property was friendly and quiet, very helpful. I like that they had an ice machine on property.

Just got back from a 4 day vacation for a Memorial Day with 16 yo and 9 yo boy. It was incredible! Heather is hands down the best host I have ever had, and this property is probably my most favorite we have ever visited. The beach is amazing, you can drive to it and park for free across the street. it is walkable for sure, just hard with all the beach things. Pools are amazing too, just so quaint and family friendly. seriously, we want to buy here someday, and hire Heather. Every detail was thouhht of. The bunk beds with TV were a hit! My 16 yo said he was living his best life 🤣! Beds extremely comfy, everything super clean. Grocery store across the street. Eat at Stewbie's Seafood! Local recommended, did not disappoint, super nice folks and sent home a slice of pie!! Looked into boat slip rental, it was like $300 for 1-7 days, but you have to find somewhere else to park your trailer. But we didn't even leave the resort hardly. Just perfect. This unit is a gem!

This was our second year staying at this same condo. We love the location and the access to the beach and water Taxi to the Destin Harbor. A huge plus is the Beach Service that this unit offers. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had a great time at the condo! It was clean and well equipped. There was so much to do on Sandpiper Cove’s grounds, we rarely had to leave! The beach chair service was such a great service to have!
