Matt N.Great location. Property was clean. It was just me and my wife. Could have brought the family as it sleeps 8. Nice 2 bathrooms. Parking was awesome as it was covered and could have fit a boat. The actual walk to the beach was further than we anticipated because of how large the complex is. However, we found that driving over with the umbrella and 2 beach chairs was the best way to get there. It’s a private entrance for just those at Sandpiper Cove. Takes less than 2 minutes. That is really convenient. If you’re a pickle baller I recommend you bring your own paddles as the ones provided were pretty cheap as were the golf clubs. But we weren’t expecting much with the golf clubs. The course is right up against the condo. So be careful golfing. Loved going to McGuire’s. Great food. Also enjoyed The Shack in Fort Walton. We got Jet skis for 2 hours and saw dolphins close and personal. That’s a must. We used wet and wild water sports which is about 5-7 minutes from the condo. Really convenient and right by the no wake zone so you’re out having fun zooming around quicker.

Matt and Karilee H.Location was so great, easy walking distance to the beach for all of us but convenient to drive/park as well. Pools were clean and nice. Condo was great. I did notice there were not any beach toys like many others we looked into booking, but it was easy and cheap to buy our own and donate them at the end. The condo was clean but cleaning people need to remember to refill salt, pepper, and non-stick cooking spray. All 3 were empty on the table and in the cabinets. These were minor inconveniences and certainly didn’t hamper our fun. We’d stay again!

SydneyThis place is definitely a Destin gem. The stay is definitely worth the price due to the amenities nearby (pools, pickle ball/tennis courts, nearby beach). The beach is a bit of walk but you can easily drive across the street and parking is available. Showers and restrooms are available at the private beach entrance. The condo is secured with a security guard and door that automatically locks. The kids and adults loved being able to fish off the dock located in the backyard of our condo. The balcony is huge and allows everyone to enjoy the sunset and watch boats pull in. The pickleball court was a popular choice at night when the sun started to set. The pool is also very close and has a deep and shallow end. There’s also a restaurant with great reviews just within walking distance. The condo does supply extra beach towels and beach chairs if you left them at home. Just beware that the condo is located on the third floor if you have children or elderly persons that cannot make the climb

AshleyWe had such a great stay! We loved having the private beach access. We did the walk with four small kids and it was doable. The staff onsite were very friendly and helpful and Heather always responded very quickly. We had everything we needed to make multiple meals at the condo which was a bonus! The condo was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend Bruster’s Real Ice Cream! Only a few minutes away and everything was so delicious!

CarrieWe had a wonderful spring break at Sandpiper Cove, and enjoyed the clean, comfortable, costal chic feel of the condo, with beautiful canal water views off the patio. The unit was an easy walk to the gorgeous, private beach, and we appreciated the beach chairs and high quality beach towels provided. The property was so much fun for our family, with heated pools, hot tubs, pickleball courts & golf course, and it was nice that the unit provided pickleball paddles & balls, and golf clubs for our use. We also found it easy to park with the dedicated parking spot, and enjoyed the location which was close to everything Destin had to offer, plus the restaurant on property was delicious! Communication was wonderful throughout the whole process, and all of our questions were answered promptly, with care and courtesy. We are so glad we chose this unit at Sandpiper Cove, and can’t wait to return here again! Thank you for a perfect beach getaway!

Lori C.Really liked this unit. Was very open. Bedrooms great size. Kitchen good size. The trash can in the kitchen please get a new one. After trying to replace the bag twice we quit using it. You can’t put anything big in it, it gets stuck taking it out and tore the trash bag. Maybe replenish the cooking seasonings. No salt very little pepper.

LisaThe unit was beautiful, loved the master bedroom especially having a door to go to deck from the bedroom and the bathroom was nice too. Closet space was great. The other bedroom was also nice with easy access to the top bunk bed and beds in all rooms were comfortable. Kitchen was nice and the pantry very roomy to put our groceries in. The washer and dryer combo was excellent very easy to wash and dry the beach towels. Really the only thing that we noticed was one night we wanted to make margaritas and glad we checked the blender first because it didn’t work. We would definitely rent this unit again. Lisa
