Hello and welcome!

We are Wayne and Michelle, proud owners and managers of this beautiful gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach. What started as a dream of investing in real estate along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches has grown into a passion. This is our 14th property that we own and personally manage, along with several other units throughout the beach and surrounding area.

We believe in hands-on ownership. When you stay in one of our properties, you’re not dealing with a large management company — you’re working directly with us. We take pride in keeping our condos updated, clean, and comfortable, and we truly care about making sure every guest has an enjoyable and stress-free stay.

This particular condo has been fully remodeled with everything brand new because we want our guests to experience the same comfort and quality that we would expect ourselves. From the breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf to the convenience of Sun Harbor Marina right behind the complex, we believe this location offers something truly special.

Wayne is a military veteran and insurance adjuster, and Michelle recently retired after 30 years of dedicated work. We are now living our dream on the beach and feel incredibly grateful to share it with others.
