PET DISCLAIMER:
This pet-friendly vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs, while cats and other pets are not permitted, with an additional flat fee of $170. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we allow dogs, but we prohibit breeds commonly associated with aggressive behavior, such as Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. All pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and up-to-date on vaccinations. For safety reasons, pets should not be left unattended in the rental unless crated. We have provided one large size dog crate in the home for your use. When outside, they must always be on a leash, and guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up and properly disposing
of pet waste. If your dog damages anything in the house, you will be responsible for the repairs.

TROPICAL WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event there is tropical weather, including but not limited to Tropical Disturbances, Tropical or Sub-Tropical Cyclones, Tropical Depressions, Tropical Storms, or Hurricanes present in the Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, or Gulf of Mexico at the time of your reservation and you wish to cancel ahead of an unverified storm trajectory, the Standard Cancellation Policy will apply with the following addenda:
1. Cancellations with refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
2. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June through November, it is a great idea to secure travel insurance when traveling to our area during that time.
3. No decisions will be made on our end unless a storm warranting a mandatory evacuation is imminent, as confirmed by our local government officials.
Guests are provided multiple courtesy reminders to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
