Stroll on miles of beach every day, watch stunning sunsets every evening and listen to the fish jumping in the Nature Preserve at night. Enjoy the warm, soft air of the Gulf coast from the wrap-around balcony, and watch the pelicans fly below you from the 17th floor location.

Our condo offers a perfect place to relax and recharge, or to be a base for exploration and adventures. Read a book while relaxing on the beach, search for beautiful shells, or just doze off while lounging in the living room recliners and enjoying the expansive view. Once you have recharged, you might want to walk or kayak in the Everglades, or take a boat trip for fishing, dolphin-watching, or shell hunting. You can also enjoy activities right at South Seas Club, where you can play pickleball, tennis or exercise at the fitness center. Fine dining awaits at a wide variety of restaurants on Marco Island.

The condo is beautifully appointed with a casual but elegant feel. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully supplied kitchen, living room with reclining leather sofas, and a spa-style main bath. Both the Main and Guest bedrooms have a full view of the beach and Gulf with balcony access. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed instead of twins, while the Main bedroom has a King bed and a spacious spa-style bathroom featuring a 7-foot walk-in shower with multiple fixtures and body sprays. It is peaceful inside, as the noise from the A/C unit is in a hallway closet located just outside of the condo, versus inside.

We are on the south side of Tower 3 overlooking miles of Crescent beach, with the Tigertail beach view straight ahead. You can get a great feel of what it is like to be inside our condo from the pictures, which are very accurate. Outside, there is a larger separation between Tower 2 and the south side of Tower 3, so your view is more predominantly the beach and Gulf, instead of the pool and the condos directly across from you.

Whether you come to park and relax, or to explore the South Gulf Coast, or both, our condo will be a beautiful "Home away from Home" for your holiday.

Area Information

Marco Island is very laid back, with activity concentrated around the beach, water sports, and eating out. The island has many fine restaurants, several in walking distance. No need to make reservations for the most part outside of season. A popular local coffee shop and breakfast spot are also a short walk away. Naples, FL is 30 minutes to the North, and is a center for shopping, dining, and cultural activities.

Our condo is on the beach, which begins immediately outside the building and runs ~2.5 miles in each direction. Tigertail Beach/Sand Dollar Island Nature Reserve (right out the window) is described by the Great Florida Birding & Wildlife Trail as “one of the best all-around birding spots in southwest Florida”. Marco Island is on the pathway of one of the world's busiest migration flyways, and it is also a nesting area for Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Many premier nature spots are close by, including the Everglades (just South of Marco Island), J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, and Audubon’s Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, home to the largest remaining stand of old growth Bald Cypress in North America.

Staying on the island, you can rent a boat to travel through “Ten Thousand Islands”, or charter a tour to do some offshore fishing, or to see dolphins, manatees and sea turtles. You can see Florida alligators in their natural habitat at nearby locations off island. Going farther afield, you can take a high-speed tour boat from Marco Island to Key West in the summer months. The trip takes just 3 hours.
