First bedroom has 1 queen (2) Bunk room has a twin over full bunk & a twin over twin bunkbeds (5). second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed & 2 bunks (6) Upstairs bath has a tub shower combo & AND a freestanding shower. There is 2 Queen sleepers in the living room. (4) Home has a Fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances & dining area (seating 8) & full-size washer/dryer. Big screen TV in LR & TVs in each bedroom. some with cable some with internet tv
Guest house has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths (Sleeps 6)
1st bedroom has 1 queen bed & 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, Living room has sectional sofa & its own fully equipped kitchen with new appliances dining area (seating 10), Bathrooms each have walk-in showers laundry room w/full-size washer/dryer, Big screen TV w/ in LR & TVs in each bedroom & screened porch.
Outdoor areas feature the poolside wet bar with fridge, screened porch, & expansive decks & patios w/ tons of chairs, tables & umbrellas for lounging & relaxing in & out of the sun.
Located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach (West near Laguna) on a quiet dead-end street
The beach is 1 and 1/2 block walk. You only cross 2 lane Front Beach Road to get to the public beach access.

If you have been looking for a place to rent for a large family vacation look no farther . The pictures don’t do this place justice! We just return from our vacation, I had booked last minute for the Fourth of July, we had 22 people in my group this place was so big that everyone could find their on place to hide away and enjoy some quiet time for them selfs when needed and then rejoin in all the fun and laughter. We grilled together and done our on low country boil , we enjoyed the pool as the flags were double red a few days. The beach was just a short walk away , but we rented a golf cart for the week the only way Togo when at PCB. The home was like having your on private oasis. Mrs. & Mr.O’Gorman were very attentive to what ever you needed, very nice to work with , she made it so easy to rent her place. I have been going to PCB for over 30 years and never knew you could rent anyplace like this away from all the hustle and bustle, but yet still right in the middle of it all. Would definitely rent again Mrs.O’Gorman Thank you for sharing your Beautiful home with my Family and I, we made so many new memories, and everyone in my family loved your home , now that’s saying a lot from a group of 22 people.

Just returned home from our week long stay. This property was perfect. We traveled with four families from our baseball team to stay during a baseball tournament. We had 7 adults and 10 kids. Bunk rooms were perfect for the kids. They enjoyed being able to bunk together. We had a single adult that took the main house upstairs bedroom that connected to one of the bunk rooms. We had plenty of space to spread out between the 2 houses.The outside area was the spotlight for us. We spent so much time out there, lots of shaded areas to help with the heat. It was a relief not to have to worry about when we were assigned game times. We knew the siblings would always be able to use the pool upon return. There were several red flag days also at the beach during our stay, having a private pool was so nice!! Our teammates staying at condos said their pools were crazy packed. We cooked multiple meals here. Kitchens were well stocked. Loved having a washer and dryer in both houses. They were definitely utilized. Plenty of parking for 4-5 cars. NO ELEVATOR wait times. Clean.Owners were pleasant and easy to work with. I’d return to this property.

This is an amazing place to stay for a large group. We had a family of 14 and had more than enough space. The pool area and the guest house make it seem so huge! The two kitchens came in handy as we cooked several meals while here. The weather did not cooperate so we were indoors a lot but the kids still stayed in the pool so we stayed in the cabana or on the covered deck.It’s a short walk to the beach but we rented a golf cart because of my husband’s mobility issues. We ended up driving him and our stuff back and forth and coming back to the house to park. Parking is very limited near the beach. We went to St. Andrews State Park beach for two afternoons. Definitely worth the drive. The owner of the home, Karen, checked in with us several times. The pool was clean and sparkling. We would definitely recommend this home. It really has everything.

We were blown away by this house when we arrived and it far exceeded our expectations. Both houses were very clean and welcoming. The owners were incredibly nice and very accommodating. 2 minute drive or quick walk to the beach and the perfect location away from the crowds. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants too. We had 15 people staying between the two houses and we were very comfortable. Both the kids and adults very much enjoyed the private pool, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ. We had more fun hanging out around the pool than we did going to local attractions. We will definitely be back next year!

We loved the home; the owner was great. Basically two complete houses together. only pictures can describe how nice the pool, wet bar, grill, etc. area was. it was a natural place for the family to get together. If i go back tp PC, would definitely consider staying here. Alan Barfoot

The main house and pool house setup was perfect for our family of 23 (5 adult couples and 13 grandchildren ages 5 months - 18 years old). Karen and Marty were very attentive to our needs when a couple issues arose. The pool area was amazing for swimming,relaxing and eating with all the seating areas there. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. Our family truly enjoyed everything about this rental. I really can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. Thank you.

We just finished our second vacation at this one of a kind home! We called it our family compound. A main house and guest house, 2 fully stocked kitchens, tons of space in a beautifully appointed home. The property is privacy fenced with tons of loungers around the pool, a wet bar with large tv, covered gazebo and so much more. It's just a short walk to the beach and this end of PCB isn't quite as busy as the others which was perfect for walking with our grandkids. I really can't say enough about how accommodating Karen is and how stress free staying here will make you. We had 15 in our group and easily could have brought 8 more! We plan on vacationing here as long as they will have us!
