**Treasure Island will be modernizing their elevators beginning mid-August 2026, with the project expected to continue until approximately mid-March 2027. During this time, two elevators will be undergoing modernization at a time, while the remaining two elevators will remain available for guest use. Dates are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and patience as these improvements are made to enhance the property.

**This unit allows for 1 small non-shedding (30lbs or under) dog. A $400 pet fee (plus tax) is required. ($100 to Southern Coast Vacation Rentals and $300 directly to Treasure Island Resort when you arrive.) Select the Pet option when booking to apply the initial $100 fee.**

This beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath Treasure Island Resort condo is located almost directly next to Schooner's on the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This fifteenth floor unit has expansive gulf views and an array of amenities. Treasure Island Resort offers guests a large, resort style gulf front swimming pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, poolside cafe, gas grills, & fitness center!

This spacious condominium unit offers nearly 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including leather recliner!) with breathtaking views of the gulf, large flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, television, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. The second bedroom offers another King bed and its own television. The second full bathroom can be accessed directly from the second bedroom or from the hall, and offers a tub/shower combo. In addition, this unit offers a bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, and living room pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit as well.

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $35 (cash) or $36.40 (credit/debit card) to be paid upon arrival that includes 2 Parking Passes and up to 8 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. (Fees are subject to change). If a wristband is lost, you may purchase a new one for $25.
- This unit comes with one dedicated parking space. An additional space is available on a first come, first served basis. If a third space is needed, there is an additional fee of $100 (plus tax) that can be paid directly to the resort.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
