You'll have full access to this home's oversized brick paved driveway and be less than 250 feet away from Beach Access 19. This beautiful home offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury living space and features ceramic tile flooring throughout. It includes a large front porch and very spacious private fenced back yard, complete with NEW (2024) heated* swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, hammock, and outdoor shower to wash off all of the salt & sand after a fun day at the beach. Rough waters in the gulf? No worries, as you have your own private swimming pool to enjoy!

The living room offers ample, comfortable seating and large flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV access. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and beautiful recycled glass countertops. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, large smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features 2 Queen beds, and the third has two full over full bunks. These two bedrooms also each have their own televisions and share a second bathroom with double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have heated towel racks to add that extra bit of comfort. This property provides a pack and play for a small child as well as a highchair. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a new Speed Queen washing machine and dryer for your use.

- *Pool can be heated to approximately 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit from October1 -May 1 for an additional fee of $45/day with a 1-week minimum requirement and 48-hours notice.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
