It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This twelfth-floor beachfront unit has breathtaking gulf and pool views. Sterling Beach is an exceptionally well-maintained complex with plenty of ground level parking (no parking garage), giving guests easy access! This complex offers a 4000sf gulf front swimming pool (heated in cold months), hot tub, gas grills, a theatre, meeting room, & a fitness center.

This spacious, recently updated unit offers over 1,600 square feet of luxury coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a smart television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the beach.
