The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom also has a King bed and its own ensuite bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleeps 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Important Notes:
- Your booking includes two parking passes and 6 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, located on the 2nd floor of the garage. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
