This deluxe sized unit offers almost 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large television, and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. - There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $40 (subject to change) required to be paid prior to arrival. This Registration Fee also includes 1 parking pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link for registration and payment will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During this period, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions. Additional parking is available in a nearby public lot with a daily or weekly fee.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
