The front porch is the best spot on the property! Cooled by afternoon sea breezes, enjoy an amazing view of the lagoon and expect to see water crafts of all sorts moving along the Inter Coastal Waterway.

Guests have shared access to the front and back yards. Two grills are available and common laundry facilities with the two other units.

Unique Benefits

You will see all kinds of local birds like Brown Pelicans, Ospreys, Swallow-Tailed Kites, Great Egrets, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, Ibis, Frigates, Whistling ducks and Sand Hill Cranes who are often found walking up the driveway and in the back yard.

Often you will see dolphins swimming and playing out front and occasionally a manatee will slowly swim by.

Area Information

The Savannas Preserve State Park (1.5 mi), National Navy UDT SEAL Museum, St Lucie County Aquarium, Children Museum of the Treasure Coast, Heathcote Botanical Gardens and The Mansion at Tuckahoe are some of the popular family attractions near by.

Try out the Gator Trace Golf and Country Club while you’re here, it just six minutes away from the house. Indian Hills Golf Course is also close by.

We enjoy a coastal living lifestyle in Fort Pierce with water everywhere for boating, fishing, outdoor and beach activities available.

If shopping is your passion, Port Saint Lucie is just minutes away and the famous Palm Beach Mall is about an hour to the south.
