1301 sq. ft. This is an Carolina end unit 3 bedroom condo on the second floor of the Terrace condos. Bedroom one is the master with 1 King size bed, 2 end tables, large double closets and full bathroom with walk-in shower and 55" TV. Bedroom 2 also has a King size bed, two end tables, 55" TV and has its own entrance to a full bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has two full size beds, One end table between the beds and a 45"TV. Living room has a 65" TV. It has a fully stocked kitchen. There is a screened lanai with seating overlooking the 8th hole par 3 of the golf course. This condo does not come with the golf package but does have the social package with Pickleball, tennis, health club, pool access, tiki bar etc... We have all weeks open in 2026 from March 1 - December 1. I am just listing the condo on Floridarentals today - 2/16/2026. We do not allow any pets.
As of today - 2/19/2026 it looks like we have December 1, 2026 - March 30, 2027 rented. I will be upgrading my listing to a paid listing soon as well so I can out the availability calendar up. Right now I am using the 60 day trial. Until then I will update things here.
All rentals in Wellen Golf and Country Club are 30 day rentals. We can rent for less time but the rental will take up the full 30 days before we can rent again.

This condo is in the Wellen Park and Country Club grounds in the Terrace condos.
Costco is only about 4-5 miles from the property. Many restaurants are also in Wellen Park - which is also very close.

This condo does not come with the golf membership. So far it looks like you cannot make reservations from Jan-March - but other times you can. I'll be updating when I know more.
Yes, while you rent you get the full rights as a renter and can use all facilities, except golf as we don't have the golf membership. There are plenty of golf courses nearby that you can play.
