Leeward I unit 1 is a first floor condo designed as an ADULT ONLY/NO ANIMALS-NO EXCEPTIONS personal vacation residence for 2 persons age of 25 and over only. MONTHLY RENTALS ARE NOT OFFERED. Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2025. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available. From April 2 - Oct 26 this condo rents Sunday to Sunday with a 6 night minimum. We do have a Sat to Sat rental right above this one just like it if you need a Sat to Sat.

New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 1st floor east corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.

Located along Scenic Hwy 30A the area is made of quaint beach towns connected by a 2 lane winding coastal highway. There is a 19 mile bike path that joins the coastal communities by bike providing an extra way to explore the coastal towns and taste local cuisine at each beach community. This is a place where time slows down and creates a care free relaxing atmosphere.
