We provide a set of towels for 4 guests, two rolls of toilet tissue, guest size soap, Pantene shampoo and conditioner. We also provide salt and pepper, one roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergents, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, starter coffee, sugar, and creamer. Some spices also available.
Beach towels are available for your use; please wash and dry them as our cleaning lady charges extra if she has to wash and dry them.
Adjacent to Pinnacle Port to the West is a bird sanctuary where you can find several different types of birds, even some that are on the endangered list.
Turtle season is very popular at Pinnacle Port since there have been several nests where sea turtles deposit their eggs in nests along the beach. Time your stay to be there when the hatchlings make their way to the ocean or when the nests are excavated to save any baby turtles that were unable to make it out.

Aldi and Publix, CVS, Exxon, Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House, Chapel at Downtown Carillon, Lake Powell Pizza at big pool and at shops at Carillon, Bayou Bill's Seafood, Chinese Restaurant w/takeout, Liquor stores, Donut Hole, and Shades Restaurant. 30 Avenue has also added quite a few shops and several restaurants less than 10 minutes to the West.
Directly across the Lake Powell bridge is Camp Helen State Park with great history of the area. It is a small park and seldom crowded.
10-minute drive:
Pier Park which includes Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Five Guys & a Burger, Hook'd, Dillards, J. C. Penney's, Target, Coldwater Creek, Borders, etc., etc., etc. Park with Ferris wheel, rides and a butterfly house great for entertaining the kiddos. Open year round. See Things to do page. Walmart and Target at Pier Park have most anything you need.
Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach with shopping and more good restaurants are also less than 10 minutes away. That area continues to grow with more shops and restaurants.
Golf courses, Gulf World and Shipwreck Island Water Park
Dog racing and Texas Hold-em Poker at Ebro approximately 15 minute drive.
30-minute drive:
Silver Sands Outlet Mall - largest outlet shopping mall in the US. Area also has Bass Pro Shops, Tommy Bahama's, Belks and lots of up-scale shopping. Almost any type restaurant can be found in this area.
Downtown Panama City has indoor shopping mall and lots more seafood restaurants and shopping. Take Shell Island tour and/or Swim with Dolphins tours from Panama City. St Andrew's State Park is an excellent place to spend the day. You can also arrange tours that depart from St. Andrews State Park.

We require a $200 security payment for new guests upon booking with balance due approximately 30 days before check in. The $200 reservation/damage deposit (if collected) will be returned if the reservation is not cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival and/or there is no damage other than normal wear and tear. Cancellation policy; Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check in; contact owner regarding less than 30 day cancellation policy. NO PETS. No renters under age 25. No MONTHLY renters. First of all upon entering the condo I was almost afraid to touch anything for fear of ruining perfection. The place was immaculate. After a long drive it was a joy to find that every imaginable thing you might need was already there. Who makes sure there are sodas and water for you in the fridge? The bed was more comfortable than our own. Excellent appliances and every imaginable cooking utensil and aid that you can imagine,teamed with top of the line dishes and silverware. Did I mention how clean everything was? This condo is on the 4th floor with a nice elevator which was never congested. The beach was a walk from the elevator around the corner of the building and you are there. Strongly recommend this condo, although reluctant to because I may find trouble booking it in the future...……….

We do our best to spoil our guests by treating them the same way we want to be treated. Many become part of our extended family who come year after year. We would love to have you return any time; it is a pleasure to have guests who love our condo as much as we do."
Our condo is as close to the beach as you can get. If you drop something off the balcony, it falls in the sand. Once you get off the elevator, it is about 40 steps to the beach and just the right amount of steps to the water.
We pride ourselves in being great hosts and provide lots of extras that most condos do not include. Ours is a second home which we choose to share with others as paradise is something everyone should experience at least once. Quite a few of our guests are repeat guests who return year after year; some guests stay with us several times a year.
We have visited Hawaii several times over the years and we feel as if we have experienced a little bit of heaven on earth there. We want our guests to feel as if they have experienced a small piece of what Hawaii is about without incurring the cost and time of traveling there.
