Great location and responsive host! Appreciated the baby/toddler amenities in the condo. It was quiet, felt safe, and so close to many great restaurants. Pool and hot tub were fantastic, as well as the short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the bird sanctuary right next door too! Definitely recommend

Such a smooth process after having to leave a different air bnb. We were able to get in right away. The host was very accommodating and even brought ice to us!All the extra little things the house had for kids was awesome. Even though I did not have my 3 yo with me it was definitely a family friendly place! We loved it!!

Wonderful place, great place to stay with two kids 2 and 4 for the beach and pool that are right outside the door. Would rent again in the future.

Our family of 5 (kids 14,12&9) loved the condo. It new, comfortable and very clean. It had everything that we required. We didn’t do much cooking. Only suggestion would be, might to need to purchase a couple of new frying pans for eggs & pancakes. The rooms were a good size. The two bathrooms were perfect. The building itself isn’t too big and wasn’t busy. Our favourite part was the location of the pool and the accessibility to the beach. It was easy to go between the two. The beach was quiet and great to just relax and enjoy with the kids. If. You need to go back to the room for something, it was very close to the condo to go back and forth. We really loved everything about this condo and location.

The house was just as described it was very close to the properties pool and hot tub and close to the beach as well very accessible! The pictures suggest it is kid friendly with toys and accessories for a small child to sleep that was a big selling point for us when booking, it also had a lot of beach gear which was a huge plus and a money saver for us as well. Since we had toddlers we walked into the property and immediately walked around the whole place and removed or hid any breakable items from the children (just a few vases and some table decor) so highly recommend doing this for other family’s with little ones. But it was a very nice stay I would stay again

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Nice private balcony with sea views. Great pool and patio just a short distance from apartment block with stunning sea views. Access straight onto the beach. Apartment was lovely and clean. Had an issue entering the property as the code was not as said it would be but host replied quickly and it was resolved very quickly. Overall great stay and would happily go back.

We will be back. Seamless rental. The pool and beach were so easy to get to. Everyone was friendly. Great for families. We had a small issue with WiFi and it was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. Again, we enjoyed our time at Redington beach. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. Lots of things within walking distance or a short drive to many other places!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place! Very close easy walk to the beach Pool is nice but small and chairs usually full but a great location with the beach right there!!! Hot tub also great during a cooler evening. Pool hose and showers make it easy to rinse off. The area is still recovering from last years hurricane but this place was really nice and we would stay again.

Beautiful condo! Everything is modern and upgraded! Well stocked kitchen! We were sad the pool wasn’t open due to hurricane damage. Wonderful beach. Very quiet area. The realtor was very helpful and responded quickly to all our needs and questions.The description says “beachfront”, but it’s not quite. The balcony sat over the parking lot and a house was in front blocking the beach view.

This condo was clean and modern with a great open area for living room, kitchen, and dining area. The large living room and sofas were perfect for relaxing together as a family at the end of the day at the beach.There were plenty of amenities for the beach plus detergent, soaps, shampoo, etc.The uncrowded beach was just steps away from the building. The location was convenient and awesome. There were many great seafood restaurants in close proximity. Our grandchildren also loved playing putt putt at Smugglers Cove, which was close to this unit.

Overall the property wasn't bad. The location is good and there was plenty of parking. Check-in was easy and painless. The condo is in need of some tlc. The wallpaper in the livingrm is peeling off and there is a musty smell throughout which could probably be fixed with a dehumidifier. It wasn't dirty but could use a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, we didn't realize when booking that the pool & hot tub were closed due to storm damage so that was disappointing. We would probably stay there again when everything is back in working order. damage.
