Check-In & Check-Out
Arrival: Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and the instructions are sent via email 24 hr in advance.
Departure: To give our cleaning team time to prep for the next guests, check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be available for an additional fee—just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Starter Supplies & Essentials
This is a self-catering home. We provide a "starter kit" (initial toilet paper, trash bag, etc.) to get you settled. For your full stay, please plan to bring your own personal hygiene items and groceries.
Pool Safety & Heating
Safety First: We love seeing families have fun, but children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
Pool Heat: If pool heating is requested and paid for but becomes unavailable due to equipment issues, we will promptly refund the cost for the affected days.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip for protection against the unexpected.
Liability: While we maintain the home to high standards, the owners/managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.
Service Interruptions: We cannot be held responsible for temporary outages of public utilities (water, electricity, internet) or "Force Majeure" events beyond our control.
Guest Registry & occupancy
Only guests listed on the official reservation are permitted to stay in the home. Sub-leasing or unauthorized additional guests are not allowed. This ensures we stay compliant with local housing and safety regulations!
