Two nearby public beach access points: Seabreeze Beach Access (Seabreeze - 6) is approximately 0.1 miles from Waterhouse Provisions (0.6 miles from the cottage), and Seacrest Drive Beach Access (Seacrest Dr - 5) is approximately 0.2 miles from Waterhouse Provisions (0.7 miles from the cottage). Golf cart parking is available at Waterhouse Provisions for convenient beach gear drop-off and pickup, subject to availability.
Beach Access Note:
The closest beach entrance includes multiple flights of stairs. ADA-accessible options are available at Inlet Beach Regional Access (3.46 mi) and Santa Clara Regional Beach Access (5.21 mi).

House Rules: No parties, events or pets. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (A $500 fine will be charged for violations). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 p.m. per Walton County ordinance.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning beach house! The home was in pristine condition from top to bottom — you could tell it's very well cared for and maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Our favorite part was the screened-in porch and bed/swing - sooo relaxing.The neighborhood itself was quaint and charming and the pool was absolutely perfect (especially for my 1 & 4 year olds). The location was great - just a short trip to good coffee shops and restaurants. Our nearby favorites were Fonville Press and Ok-U.Communication with the owners was excellent throughout — quick to respond, helpful with recommendations, and went above & beyond to be sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We'd absolutely book again (and hope to soon!!) and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-kept beach getaway. Thank you SO MUCH for having us!

Our experience was great. We had 4 total couples stay at the home for the 4th of July and everyone was very comfortable. The house has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and the the kitchen/living room is open-aired with a nice porch. One of the things that we appreciated most was all of the beach accessories that come with the house. They have tons of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes, etc to where we didn’t need to purchase anything or bring anything. The house also comes with a golf cart, which made it incredibly easy for us to get to the beach. Months prior to our arrival, Jennifer and I were texting back-and-forth in preparation for the trip which made it very easy. Would definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at “Zee by the Sea”! Beautifully decorated, well stocked for cooking, or just relaxing with a book. Cozy beds, linens, comfortable furniture. The beach towels and blankets were a great bonus. The shed was a fun surprise with everything in it for a perfect day at the beach or pool! Chairs, floaties, ice chests, bikes….you name it! We all enjoyed the pool across the way and met some great people there. We loved how quiet and secluded the house was…but just a quick golf cart ride away and you were on bustling 30A for shopping, or at the beach. Our group included adults, young adults, high school age, and two toddlers. Jennifer and Eileen were phenomenal with suggestions or answering questions. It was like having your own personal concierges just a text away. I don’t think we can top this stay, unless we book Zee by the Sea again! ❤️🏖️☀️😎

From start to finish, booking and staying at Zee by the Sea was seamless and amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained home. Every room was thoughtfully decorated,and the owners, quite literally, thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and all of the amenities made it feel like home. Our favorite spot for coffee in the mornings or after a long day at the beach was on the back porch relaxing on the bed swing. We also loved the enclosed outdoor shower off of the Master suite.The location was another huge plus — close to the beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. Though private beach access was provided, we actually didn't use it because the public accesses were just as close, had golf cart parking, and made our walk to the portion of the beach that you weren't required to rent chairs, much closer and easier.The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth, easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a great vacation. We made unforgettable memories during our stay and can’t wait to come back. This home is the perfect choice for anyone planning a relaxing and enjoyable 30-A vacation!

We stayed here over Spring break and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained-exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we loved having easy access to the beach and pool. The host was responsive, friendly and the guest guidebook was priceless. The tranquil back porch was a favorite morning spot for coffee and bird watching. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a perfect vacation! Thank you!

This home was above and beyond what we expected. The owner clearly has thought of all the little things you need while away from home. Ring dishes by all the sinks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms along with plush linens and towels, snacks on the counter upon arrival, laundry soap for use in the washer and dryer and the list goes ON!Each room has its own en-suite bathroom plus a powder room for all to use while downstairs playing games (provided!) or hanging out on the screen porch (that swing though?!). Everything was super clean too.The location was perfect too; walking distance to the beach with private access, easy drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and all the adorable shops in each town. So much to do no matter the weather!We highly recommend this rental property!!

We loved pur stay at Zee by the Sea! Perfectly located near everything on 30A, yet tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The home was spotless with a beautiful coastal design - upscale but so comfortable. Love reading on the swing bed on the porch. It had everything we needed, we loved the outdoor shower in the upstairs master bedroom. It has easy access to the beach and pool is very close.We can't wait to return!!
