House Rules: No parties, events or pets. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (A $500 fine will be charged for violations). Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 p.m. per Walton County ordinance.

We stayed here over Spring break and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained-exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we loved having easy access to the beach and pool. The host was responsive, friendly and the guest guidebook was priceless. The tranquil back porch was a favorite morning spot for coffee and bird watching. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a perfect vacation! Thank you!

This home was above and beyond what we expected. The owner clearly has thought of all the little things you need while away from home. Ring dishes by all the sinks, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms along with plush linens and towels, snacks on the counter upon arrival, laundry soap for use in the washer and dryer and the list goes ON!Each room has its own en-suite bathroom plus a powder room for all to use while downstairs playing games (provided!) or hanging out on the screen porch (that swing though?!). Everything was super clean too.The location was perfect too; walking distance to the beach with private access, easy drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and all the adorable shops in each town. So much to do no matter the weather!We highly recommend this rental property!!

We loved pur stay at Zee by the Sea! Perfectly located near everything on 30A, yet tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The home was spotless with a beautiful coastal design - upscale but so comfortable. Love reading on the swing bed on the porch. It had everything we needed, we loved the outdoor shower in the upstairs master bedroom. It has easy access to the beach and pool is very close.We can't wait to return!!
