Landmark Towers is located on Sand Key Beach which offers a more romantic or intimate setting-- and is only a short walking distance from downtown Clearwater Beach. Golf courses, amusement parks, museums and other attractions are all available in the metropolitan area.

The local Trolley stops directly in front of the building which offers service from St Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The complex is safe and secure with gated entrance and a 24-hour Guard with reserved parking.
