There’s a $275 charge per stay for heating the pool. No charge for using pool without heat.

Guest access
Entire home. There are fourbeach chairs, an umbrella and coolers for your convenience located in entrance closet. There are two bicycles in garage.

Other things to note
May bring own boat to dock no charge. Must be approved first by owner to assure there is sufficient space available.
