The living room has a 55-inch smart TV, and each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size mattresses, and the master closet houses a full-size stacked LG steam washer and dryer.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing beach day, including towels, chairs, an 8-foot-wide umbrella, and a cooler. The lanai offers casual dining for six, remote-controlled blinds, and a comfortable sofa that doubles as a pull-out bed—all with a gorgeous beach view. Sliding doors allow the lanai to be closed off for privacy.

Fishing enthusiasts will love casting from the surf or lagoon, with chances to catch whiting, sheepshead, flounder, trout, pompano, and more. Keep an eye out for Great Blue Herons or Snowy Egrets nearby! Afterward, unwind in the heated pool or gather around the communal gas grills.

Dining options abound—enjoy restaurants within walking distance or browse our menu collection to pick your spot. You can also drive or hop on the free trolley to world-famous Siesta Beach or the lively Siesta Key Village for shopping, dining, and nightlife. For boating and water lovers, the property offers free boat docks, a kayak launch, and nearby wildlife preserves to explore.

For your convenience, the rental program provides a starter supply of essentials, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a small supply of dish soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
