This colorful and well cared for unit has a new owner! The view from your lanai will include sunset and will be magnificent! No other property on Siesta Key is built this close to the Gulf of America where you can hear the waves from your lanai and master bedroom windows. Many new updates by owners including: Entire condo freshly painted, New Lazy-Boy furniture including sleeper sofa with Temper-Pedic mattress, New 65" smart TV; California Closets in both bedrooms and Glass shower doors in both bathrooms The furnishings are very comfortable and there are tile floors throughout. You can fish from either the Gulf of America or from our boat docks ~ and bring your boat if you have one but find trailer storage close by. Both gas and charcoal grills are located near our docks. Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Shelling is also enjoyable here on Turtle Beach ~ which is located at the quiet south end of the island of Siesta Key. You can walk for long distances to the north or south.
We are "sandwiched" between the turquoise waters of the Gulf of America as well as Blind Pass Lagoon leading to Little Sarasota Bay. Once you stay with us we are sure you will return!

The on-site office staff is there to be of service. Please Note: For your convenience, the rental program provides a starter supply of paper products, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for providing any additional paper products needed during their stay.
